  • This varies based on the nature of your distress & your goals. Some people may find 3-5 sessions helpful whereas others desire longer term therapy.

  • Initial session: To understand your curiosities and concerns.

    2nd session: Complete psychological assessments selected for you.

    3rd session: Exploration of test findings.

    4th session: Review a letter written to you regarding the findings.

    5th session: If desired, share findings with your family, therapist, or psychiatrist.

  • I do not take insurance at this time. I can provide an invoice of therapy sessions to file with your insurance company.
